Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Manager to nurture and grow our vibrant community on Discord and other social media platforms.This role is ideal for someone passionate about the 'Generative AI Revolution' happening in vertical areas like education technology. This role is also perfect for someone who is passionate about education, skilled in online community engagement, and adept at fostering positive environments where members feel valued and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to manage and grow our Discord community, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

• Organize and moderate live Q&A sessions, office hours, and other interactive events to engage the community and provide value.

• Monitor community channels for feedback, questions, and discussions, providing timely and thoughtful responses.​

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align community engagement efforts with overall business goals.

• Identify and nurture relationships with community leaders, influencers, and advocates.

• Create and enforce community guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

• Gather and report community feedback to the product and development teams to help guide product improvements and innovations.

• Stay updated on best practices in community management and propose new ideas to enhance community engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community management, particularly within Discord and other social media platforms.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with community members.

• Experience organizing online events, such as live Q&A sessions, webinars, or workshops.​

• A passion for education technology and a strong belief in its potential to improve educational outcomes.

• Ability to analyze community feedback and provide actionable insights to the team.

• Familiarity with online community trends and best practices.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
